3. General Refund Principles
We evaluate refund requests based on the type of product or service purchased, the timing of the request relative to program start dates, and whether digital or physical materials have been accessed or delivered. Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times vary depending on your financial institution but typically range from five to ten business days after approval.
4. Seasonal Challenge Programs
4.1 Full Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund for seasonal challenge program registration if your request is submitted at least fourteen calendar days before the program start date and you have not accessed digital program materials, tracking worksheets, or route libraries associated with the program.
4.2 Partial Refund Eligibility
If your refund request is submitted between seven and thirteen calendar days before the program start date, you may be eligible for a partial refund of fifty percent of the registration fee, provided you have not accessed more than one digital resource included with the program.
4.3 Non-Refundable Period
Registration fees are non-refundable if your request is submitted fewer than seven calendar days before the program start date, if the program has already commenced, or if you have accessed the majority of included digital materials. Exceptions may be considered for documented extraordinary circumstances or relocation outside the San Francisco Bay Area, subject to management review.
5. Educational Products
5.1 Digital Guides and Downloads
Digital educational products, including group cycling etiquette guides, route planning templates, and preparation worksheets, may be refunded within seven calendar days of purchase if the files have not been downloaded or accessed. Once a digital product has been downloaded, it is considered delivered and is non-refundable unless the file is defective or materially different from its description.
5.2 Printed Materials
Physical educational materials purchased through our office or shipped to your address may be returned within fourteen calendar days of receipt if the items are unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Consulting and Guidance Sessions
One-on-one consulting sessions about pace group selection, route difficulty, and ride preparation may be rescheduled without penalty if notice is provided at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than forty-eight hours notice are eligible for a fifty percent refund or full credit toward a rescheduled session within ninety days. No-shows without prior notification are not eligible for refunds.
7. Ride Schedule Template Packages
Ride schedule template packages are custom-generated based on information you provide during registration. Full refunds are available if requested within seven calendar days of purchase and before the plan has been delivered to you via email. Once a template package has been delivered, refunds are not available because the document is created specifically for your stated inputs.

We acknowledge refund requests within two business days of receipt. Approved refunds are processed within five business days of approval. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take an additional five to ten business days. You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
10. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and circumstances are generally non-refundable:
- Free group rides and complimentary orientation sessions.
- Registration fees for programs that have been completed.
- Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed beyond preview limits.
- Administrative fees explicitly identified as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
- Donations or voluntary contributions to community cycling initiatives.
- Third-party event fees collected on behalf of partner organizations, which are subject to partner refund policies.
11. Program Cancellations by Charmingsieve
If we cancel a paid program due to insufficient enrollment, severe weather forecasts, road closures, or organizational decisions, registered participants receive a full refund of all fees paid or the option to transfer registration to a future program of equal value. We will notify affected participants as early as possible and process refunds within five business days of the cancellation announcement.
12. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may delay resolution and may affect your eligibility for future program registrations. We cooperate with payment providers during dispute investigations and provide documentation of registration terms, delivery records, and communication history as needed.
13. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. California residents may have additional rights under California consumer protection statutes. European Economic Area residents may have withdrawal rights under the Consumer Rights Directive for distance contracts, subject to exceptions for digital content that has been delivered with consent.
